Assumptions/Criteria
This pricelist operates as an reasonable quote where appropriate. However, all websites will be given a seperate quote in writing - signing and faxing that quotation indicates that the bridal couple have read and understood the following:

* All prices are quoted in NZ Dollars ($NZD) and inclusive of GST.

* Any design/print/web work will be commenced upon approval of the quote and the receipt of a deposit payment, being 50% of the total approved cost. Final payment is due when the job is complete and demonstrated to the bridal couple as per the quotation.

* Any courier/postage/proof costs will be surplus to the final quotation and will be charged accordingly. Any work contracted for design outside of the final quotation will be charged at a rate of $65 per hour. Any meetings or consultations after the initial free 1-hr consultation will be charged at a rate of $30 per hour.

* Payment is due within 7 days following invoice, except where otherwise stated.

* Any balances outstanding after thirty (30) days from date of invoice will incur a monthly penalty of 5% unless otherwise negotiated. In the case of non-payment beyond ninety (90) days, the client is liable for all collection costs on accounts not paid as due.

PREMIERE rsvp web package

1) WEBSITE $500
design + build custom-website including:
- first consulation (up to 1hr)
- design of custom master page template based on client brief, colours, preferences and/or supplied imagery
- two sets of changes to look/feel of design
- upload of guest and gift data to website
- upload of remaining page content to website
- building administration pages with login authentication
for client to edit guest and gift information
- offline/online testing of pages prior to site-live deadline
- design of personalised HTML email notifying guests with email addresses when photo-gallery is launched
- building of photogallery (including image sorting, sizing,
renaming and optimisation for web)
 2) DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION
a) custom
- registration of domain name (ie brideandgroom.com) $50
- monthly hosting of domain name $28 per month
b) standard
- setup of 2rsvp domain (ie 2rsvp.co.nz/bridegroom) $0
- monthly hosting of 2rsvp domain - $18 per month

DELUXE rsvp web + print package

1) WEBSITE $500
website as per PREMIERE package
domain name registration as per PREMIERE package

2) STATIONERY DESIGN $200
design of wedding invitations including:
- first consulation (up to 1hr)
- design of wedding invitations based on client brief, colours, preferences and/or supplied imagery
- three sets of PDF changes to look/feel of design (2 PDF proofs, 1 laser proof)
- organisation/pricing of printing and liaison with client and printer(s)
PLUS
design of order of services - $65 per hour
design of thankyou cards - $65 per hour
design of reception cards - $65 per hour

3) STATIONERY PRINTING
printing of wedding invitations, order of services, thankyou cards and reception cards will be quoted seperately. however, here is a rough guide of costs:

> print DL postcards, doublesided, fullcolour (210mm x 99mm) = approx $1.29c-$3.30 per unit depending on qty
> print square postcards, doublesided, fullcolour (approx 150mm2) = approx $1.29c-$3.30 per unit dep. on qty
> postage of 100 postcards (inside NZ) 0.45c per unit
