What is the process?

1) Request for Quote
Firstly, the bridal couple complete the form on the right detailing which of our services you require for your special day.

2) Quotation Approved
2RSVP then supply a quote in PDF form sent to your email for you to read through and approve. Once approved (or changes made and re-approved), the bridal couple sign off the quote and either fax or post a copy to 2RSVP. 2RSVP then sends a deposit invoice to the couple due before commencement of work.

3) Consultation Meeting
2RSVP then meet with the bridal couple and talk through things such as timeline, budget, style of wedding, personality of the wedding/invitations, stationery, domain name preferences etc. Registration of the domain name is the first thing done after the meeting. At this stage, the bridal couple will also be supplied with a Website Checklist outlining the data they are required to provide to meet the required deadlines.

4) Stationery Design
2RSVP design the look and feel of the wedding stationery including colours, shape and fonts and supply PDF proofs. Once changes are made and the final look is approved, the website can be designed.

5) Website Design
The headers, colours and images of the website are based on those of the stationery (regardless of whether or not 2RSVP designed the stationery).
Once designed, the website is uploaded for testing/changes by the bridal couple. Once signed off, it goes LIVE and then wedding invitations can be sent out.
